Do you make everything yourself?

Lulabelles is a collection of both lovingly handcrafted creations and thoughtfully handpicked treasures. I personally design and create much of the jewellery myself, while also carefully selecting beautiful crystals, spiritual gifts, books and meaningful pieces from trusted suppliers. Every item is chosen with intention to reflect the heart of Lulabelles.

Are the crystals genuine?

Yes. Whether a crystal is part of one of my handmade creations or a carefully handpicked piece, I source genuine crystals from trusted suppliers. Because they are created by nature, each crystal is beautifully unique in its colour, shape and markings.

Can I request a bespoke piece?

Absolutely! I love creating jewellery that’s personal to you. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, choosing crystals with meaning, or buying a thoughtful gift, I’d be delighted to discuss your ideas.

How do I order a bespoke piece?

Simply get in touch through the contact page or social media with your ideas. We’ll chat about your vision, crystal choices, budget and timescale before I begin creating your unique piece.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes! Bespoke jewellery experiences and gift vouchers make beautiful presents, allowing someone special to create something uniquely their own.

What materials do you use?

I use a variety of quality materials including stainless steel, sterling silver, natural gemstones and durable findings. Material details are always listed within each product description.

How should I care for my jewellery?

To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid water, perfumes and harsh chemicals where possible. Store it in a dry place and polish gently with a soft cloth when needed.

Do you cleanse or charge the crystals?

Every crystal is cleansed with care before it leaves Lulabelles. Many customers also enjoy cleansing and setting their own intentions when their jewellery arrives.

Can crystal healing replace medical treatment?

No. Crystal healing is a complementary spiritual practice and should never replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Do you offer workshops or events?

Yes! Through Becoming Sacred, I host workshops, circles and creative gatherings exploring crystals, intention setting, sacred symbols, mindfulness and creativity. Keep an eye on the Events page or join the newsletter for upcoming dates.

Can I return my order?

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll always do my best to help. Bespoke or personalised pieces may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

How long will my order take?

Ready-made items are usually dispatched within a few working days. Bespoke pieces take a little longer, and I’ll let you know the estimated timeframe when we discuss your design.
